PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

All orders placed on www.mama-mos.com are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 7-10 business days to receive your handcrafted BBQ sauces and seasonings.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and weekends.

SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES

Mama Mo's currently ships via standard ground shipping through our authorized carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

GEOGRAPHIC LIMITATIONS

We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations at this time.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your package's progress using the provided tracking number.

RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide. Mama Mo's is not responsible for packages that are delivered to the address you specify but are subsequently lost or stolen.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@mama-mos.com with your order number and relevant details. We will work with our shipping carriers to resolve the issue and may offer replacement products at our discretion. Instructions for replacement instructions are enclosed with every shipped order.

TEMPERATURE CONSIDERATIONS

Our BBQ sauces and seasonings are shelf-stable products that do not require refrigeration during shipping. However, extreme temperatures during transit may affect product quality. We are not liable for temperature-related product changes during carrier handling.

DELAYS

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, high-volume periods, or other circumstances beyond our control. Mama Mo's is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Mama Mo's is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. Additional fees may apply for address corrections or package rerouting.
